The passion for cultivation and grapes selection, the skilful working and care dedicated to wines and musts make of our agricultural business farm a reference model in Italy and abroad.
Our highly specialized vineyards training techniques, respecting quality, and the highest technology in the cellar field are the proper means to obtain the most excellent oenological achievements. An ample variety of choice characterizes our rich productions of bottle wines and wines from cask and allows us to positively meet the requirements of all market segments.
The ideal pairing between the ancient oenological tradition in Veneto region and the highest technology, guarantees superb results in wine production, in wine refinement and ripening, in bottling and commercialization. All vineyard are trained with low development techniques and a low charge of gems, with single plant production of 1-3 kilos, following the standards indicated in the tree-sanitary protection of integrated production.
The scarce fertilization, the computerized drop irrigation where necessary, the green spring trimming, the totally mechanized grape harvest, consent us to reap and transfer quickly the product in the cellar at the correct stage of ripening and at the ideal temperature, using also by night vintage, in the best sanitary condition thanks to thermo-conditioning containers.
